Ramesh Narayanan joined Danway Team in 2024, as “Head -Power Projects, UAE”. He is having over 33 years of project management experience (primarily Electrical Substation projects) serving Larsen & Toubro Limited. He has enriching work experience working with esteemed power utilities in diverse geographies like United Arab Emirates, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, and Ethiopia.
In UAE, he has successfully managed and delivered complex and challenging projects from the period of WED, ADWEA, AADC, ADDC, Abu Dhabi Transco – now known as TAQA Transmission
His forte encompasses successful management of projects- right from project award till commissioning and hand over – including all commercial & technical aspects. He ensures customer’s satisfaction at every stage with his in-depth involvement in Engineering, procurement /supply chain management & Project Management of GIS, AIS Substations, EHV & HV / MV Underground Cabling, Transmission lines.He is passionate about leading and empowering the team, guiding and helping them tide over various challenges during project life cycle, ensures continuous learning & development of team members, collaborates with diverse stakeholders of the project, and contributes to the development and growth of the power infrastructure sector in Middle East.
